Double layer grounding busbar is a grounding and neutral wire collection accessory in power distribution wiring, commonly used for unified collection of ground/neutral wires inside distribution boxes, electrical control cabinets, weak current boxes in computer rooms, and strong current boxes in home decoration.
1. Material and core advantages
-Material: * * Pure copper substrate * *, surface treated with nickel plating and rust prevention (metallic silver bright color appearance)
-Features: Excellent conductivity, high current carrying capacity, not easily oxidized or rusted, stable and safe grounding conductivity
2. Structural design: Double layered structure
The upper and lower layers have independent wiring positions, with a middle partition that is not connected to each other:
1. One layer unified grounding wire (PE)**
2. Connect the neutral wire (N) uniformly on the first floor**
Double layer separated layout, zero ground separation, regular wiring, convenient for centralized collection of multiple wires for grounding/zero connection, eliminating the hidden danger of zero ground mixing, and adapting to JDG conduit distribution construction specifications.
By tightening the cable with fastening screws, the wiring is firm and not easily loose or overheated.
3. Specifications and styles
There are many models with different hole numbers: 2-hole, 3-hole, 4-hole, 5-hole, 6-hole, 8-hole, 10 hole and other specifications. The more holes there are, the more lines can be connected to meet the wiring needs of different sizes of distribution boxes;
